How can I place an order?
After adding items to your cart, follow these steps:
For Guest Checkout:
- Click on the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter the required information.
- Choose a payment method.
- Click ‘Place Order.’
For Registered Accounts:
- Log into your Anmol account.
- Click on the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter the required information.
- Choose a payment method.
- Click ‘Place Order.’
How are orders confirmed?
Once an order is placed, the customer must enter a verification code to confirm the order instantly.
What if a customer forgets to enter the verification code?
If the verification code is not entered, our customer support team will make three attempts to contact the customer for order confirmation.
What do the different order statuses mean?
- Awaiting Confirmation: Order placed but not confirmed, as SMS verification code was not entered. Order can be canceled in this status. Confirmed: Order confirmed by SMS or call. Contact and shipping details are verified.
- Processing: Payment is not yet received for online paid orders. Processing at Warehouse: Order details are sent to the warehouse for availability check. The team may modify the order based on stock availability. Order cannot be canceled in this status.
- Pending Order: Order delayed due to stock unavailability. The team will modify the order, and available items will be dispatched within 4-5 working days.
- Complete: Order fulfilled and handed to courier with a tracking number provided. Order cannot be canceled in this status.
What are the benefits of ordering through an account?

Can I modify my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once placed.
Can I exchange an item ordered online at a physical store?
Online orders cannot be exchanged in-store. They must be sent back within 7 days of purchase for exchange or defect claims.
What payment options are available?
What is store credit?
Store credit is issued if an order is canceled or due to unavailability. The credited amount is saved in your Anmol account and can be used on future purchases.
Can I open my parcel at the time of delivery?
Parcels cannot be opened until payment is completed. If there is any damage or defect, please contact us.
Can orders be gift-wrapped or include a Anmol shopping bag?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping or shopping bags with online orders.
