Return & Exchange Policy

Products may be exchanged or returned to our warehouse within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that the product is unused, all tags remain intact, and the packaging is in its original condition with the invoice attached. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange. Please note that the color of the actual item may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or monitor settings; therefore, exchanges will not be accepted for this reason. Additionally, any fabric or patches included with the product are specified in the product description on our website. Excess fabric or embellishments used during photoshoots will not be included with the product unless explicitly mentioned in the description.

ORDERS

• Full-priced items may be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability, by returning the product to our warehouse via a local courier service within 14 days from the delivery date. Please be advised that the cost of return courier services will not be borne by Anmol.
• Exchanges for another item are available exclusively for full-priced products, provided the product is returned to our warehouse via a local courier service within 14 days from the delivery date. Any additional costs, beyond the item price and courier charges, will be the responsibility of the customer.
• We provide complimentary pickup services for items in the event of a wrong or defective product being delivered. The claim period for such issues is 14 days from the delivery date. Kindly note that the replacement process, including pickup and delivery, may take up to 3 weeks, depending on the availability of the item.
• We do not provide compensation for courier services if the customer returns an item, unless explicitly requested by our representative.
• We kindly request our valued customers to adhere strictly to the washing instructions. For unstitched articles, we recommend soaking and drying the fabric before having it sewn to ensure any potential shrinkage has occurred.
• The refund for returned or exchanged items will be processed based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
• Should the item being returned be placed on sale, the compensation will be based on the current discounted price rather than the original purchase price.
• Kindly note that once your returned product has been evaluated by the relevant team, you will be provided with an exchange or store credit (e-currency), which is valid exclusively for online transactions, subject to availability.

Refund

• We adhere to a No Refund Policy. However, refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as when a product is out of stock or defective. In such cases, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within approximately two weeks of processing. Please note that, depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
• Refund claims will not be entertained if the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. In such cases, store credit (valid exclusively on the website) will be issued once the refused parcel has been returned to our warehouse
• Should an item be out of stock, a partial refund (for paid orders) will be credited to your account upon request, once the remaining items are shipped. If the entire paid order is canceled, the refund will be processed within approximately two weeks.

Authenticity

• Anmol disclaims any responsibility for items purchased from unauthorized sellers or individuals. We strongly advise our customers to place orders solely through our official website, anmol-cyan.vercel.app, or from authorized Anmol outlets to guarantee the purchase of authentic products at the correct prices. We strongly discourage purchasing items from unauthorized resellers, individuals, or platforms such as Facebook or Instagram.
