Couriers

• Pakistan: Call courier services such as WithRider, Leopards, TCS, BlueEx, Swyft, MoveX, and M&P.
• International: SkyNet, DHL, or FedEx.

Please note that we utilize a range of courier services, each specialized in particular locations. Orders are assigned to couriers based on their proficiency in specific areas, ensuring the highest level of delivery efficiency

Order Confirmation and Payments

• For Cash on Delivery orders, we make a maximum of three confirmation calls. If the order remains unconfirmed, it will be canceled.
• Orders placed via the online payment system undergo a detailed fraud status check. Once cleared by our payment processor, the order will move to the next stage. If the fraud check fails, the order will be automatically canceled.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, payment will be collected at the shipping address. Once the order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email. Kindly check your junk, spam, or promotions folders if you do not find the email in your inbox.

Order Cancellation and Modification

Orders may be canceled or modified upon the customer's request at any time before they enter the processing stage

Anmol reserves the right to cancel orders for the following reasons:

• Out-of-stock items
• Pricing discrepancies
• Technical errors
• Payment decline by the authorized payment institution
• High return rates
• Non-serviceable areas
• Suspicious order history, etc.
